What operating system is used?

All nodes of Cholesky, Hedin, Hopper, Montblanc, and Tianlong are running CentOS 7 as the main operating system. As such, we advise that you get yourself familiar with the Linux operating system and the use of command line before using the supercomputer.

How do I change my SSH public key?

You can change your SSH public key on your GITLAB IDCS account. You can refer to GITLAB official documentation.

What to do in case of problems not listed in the FAQ?

You can open a ticket by email to cholesky's support team. Please add information that may help us to debug the problem:

• error messages;
• output log files;
• launch command;
• Job IDs;
• configuration of the software environment;
• example of a minimalist job that would allow us to reproduce the problem.
